1. Features and usage:
RC-51 is a special colorless accelerator for the unsaturated polyester resin RC-141 and RCH-1041 for transparent casting. It has the following characteristics:

Gel-delay Additive

A: RC-404 Curing-delay Additive

1. Features and usage:
Additive RC-404 is a curing delay Additive for unsaturated polyester resin for putty; it is a regulator used when the gel time of polyester putty is too fast or the storage stability of putty needs to be improved.
1. Increasing the amount of RC-404 can prolong the gel time of polyester putty.
2. Improve the storage stability of polyester putty.
Note: Increasing the amount of RS-404 addutuve can prolong the gel time of the unsaturated polyester putty resin, which is conducive to the complete curing of the putty resin. Before using this product, you must first check to determine the amount of RC-404 added.

A: RC-102 Additive

1. Features and usage:
Additive RC-102 is a paraffin wax solution, and the non-air-drying unsaturated polyester resin only needs to add 0.5-3.0% of this additive by weight of the resin to have air-drying properties. Mainly impart air-drying properties to unsaturated polyester resins, such as coating resins and resins for glass fiber reinforced plastics.

3. Notices
1) Additive RC-102 will have white turbid precipitates on the surface at low temperature (below 20°C), but its quality has not changed. Just heat the additive RS-102 (about 40°C) before using to make it transparent. Normal use; when RC-102 is added to the resin at low temperature (below 15°C), there will be white turbid precipitates.
