1. Features and usage:
RC-283 is a UP-HE resin, it has good acid resistance, hot water resistance, and good adhesion to rigid PVC (lead type); it is used as a corrosion-resistant resin, a resin for bonding with PVC, and a gel coat matrix resin.

B: RC-23W-1 Unsaturated Polyester Gel Coat Resin

1. Features and usage:
RC-23W-1 is an isophthalic acid/neopentyl glycol unsaturated polyester resin; it is a kind of pre-accelerated resin in white viscous liquid,has good construction performance, good heat resistance, water resistance, and crack resistance.Suitable for injection molding, used as waterproof board, heat-resistant bathtub, general FRP mold gel coat, etc.

3. Notices:
1. To prevent the pigment from settling, please mix the gel coat evenly in the packaging barrel before using, or pour out all the resin in the packaging barrel and mix well before using it;

2. When using the curing agent, methyl ethyl ketone peroxide can be used, and the recommended dosage is 0.8-2.0%. It can be adjusted according to the operating environment conditions and process requirements. The curing agent should be added to the resin to ensure uniform mixing (control the mixing speed to avoid mixing Multi-bubble) and then use in construction;

3. In order to ensure the performance of the gel coat, heat post-curing treatment (50°C×30 minutes or 40°C×40-60 minutes) after curing, and then carry out backing laminated construction;

C: RC-H-2096（W、S）Unsaturated Polyester Resin

1. Features and usage:
RC-H-2096 is an unsaturated polyester resin specially for the surface layer of refrigerated vehicles, without adding a thixotropic agent,products made of it have high elongation and excellent weather resistance, and can also be applied to other FRP products.RC-H-2096W is a winter type for October-April; RC-H-2096S is a summer type for May-September;
