A：RC-C-1060 Unsaturated polyester resin  

1. Features and usage:
RC-C-1060 is a kind of highly activity, flame-retardant, light-colored unsaturated polyester resin. It has low viscosity and good wettability to glass fiber, suitable for hand lay-up, RTM and machine-made molding processes. RC-C-1060 is used for making flame-retardant products such as translucent lighting covers, corrugated tiles, solar water heater parts, etc. Products made of it has high light transmittance, good flame retardancy, good weather resistance, also high mechanical strength.        

2. Technical index of liquid resin (25 ℃):

Note: Gel time measurement: RCA 2.0%, curing agent Butanox M50 2.0%.

Colorless accelerator 0.5～2 units (the amount depends on the temperature)

Note:
1) The manufacturing method of the pouring body: according to GB/T8237-2005, the thickness of the oxygen index test piece is 3mm; the curing system: curing agent MEKP (Huangyan) 2.0%, colorless accelerator E5 1.0%;
2) Post-treatment of the pouring body: room temperature × 24 hours + 60°C × 3 hours + 80°C × 1 hour.

The product should be stored in a cool place below 25℃, avoid fire, and keep away from heat and radiation sources. The shelf life of storage below 25℃ is 3 months after leaving the factory.

B：RC-C-1071（Pre-accelerated resin）Unsaturated polyester resin

1. Features and usage:
RC-C-1071 (pre-accelerated) is a pre-accelerated ortho-phthalic unsaturated polyester resin with high light transmittance.The glass fiber made with it have good weather resistance. It has low viscosity and is well permeant to glass fiber. Used with the alkali-free cloth, it is suitable for the production of continuous forming transparent board by mechanism

C: RC-C-1092JX  Unsaturated Polyester Resin 
 
1. Features and usage:
RC-C-1092JX is a general-purpose o-phthalic flame-retardant unsaturated polyester resin. FRP products made of it have high light transmittance and good weather resistance. It has low viscosity and is well permeant to glass fiber, suitable for the production of machine-made continuous forming transparent board when matched with alkali-free cloth.

Note: gel time determination: accelerator RCA: 2%; Curing agent butanox m-50: 2.0%.
 
3. Physical properties of casting body (for reference only

Note:
1) the casting method:GB / t8237-2005, and the curing system is RCA 2.0%; Curing agent butanox m-50 2.0%.
2) Post treatment of casting body: room temperature × 24 hours + 60 ℃ × 3 hours + 80 ℃ × One hour.

D： RC-191 General Type Unsaturated Polyester Resin
 
1. Features and usage:
Product made of The RC-191 unsaturated polyester resin has good mechanical strength, low viscosity, good UV resistance and is well permeant to glass fiber. It is especially suitable for hand lay-up process to make translucent FRP tiles.
 
2. Technical index of liquid resin (25 ℃):

Note: gel time determination: resin 100g, "E" liquid 4ml “ 0 g of "H" paste.
 
3. Physical properties of casting body (for reference only

Note:
1) The sample preparation method of casting body and FRP is implemented according to GB/T8237-2005, curing system: accelerator RCA 1.0%, curing agent Butanox M-50 2.0%;
2) Post-curing treatment of casting body: room temperature × 24 hours + 60°C × 3 hours + 75°C × 1 hour;
3) FRP 4mm thick, post-curing treatment: room temperature × 24 hours + 80°C × 8 hours.
